Who we are

This website and Goldie Boone’s accounts on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and TikTok are run by Goldie’s team. For any question or request about your data, write to goldiebooniemusic@gmail.com.

The reply desk on YouTube

To keep up with comments, Goldie’s team uses a small private tool, the Goldie Boone reply desk. On YouTube it uses the YouTube API Services: it reads the comments people leave on Goldie Boone’s own YouTube channel and posts replies from that channel. Commenting on YouTube is also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

What it reads

  • The text of comments on her videos and Shorts, including comments YouTube is holding for review.
  • The commenter’s public YouTube name, and the date and ID of the comment and of the video.
  • Video titles, and the replies already under a comment, so that no comment is answered twice.

Nothing else: no private messages, no email addresses, no subscriber lists, nothing from your own channel.

How it is used

The tool suggests a reply. A person on Goldie’s team reads every comment and every suggested reply, can rewrite it or skip it, and approves each reply one at a time. Nothing is posted without that approval. The tool never likes, hearts, pins, hides or deletes anyone else’s comment, and never contacts anyone privately.

Who handles it

We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone for their own use or for advertising. To run the tool, comment text passes through these services, which work on our behalf:

  • Google, through the YouTube API Services, where the comment comes from and the reply goes.
  • Our own private server, where the tool runs and the data is stored.
  • Anthropic, whose software writes the suggested reply.
  • Telegram, which shows each suggestion to the team member who approves it. Those messages are deleted once the reply is decided, within two days.

How long we keep it

YouTube comment data is deleted from our server within 30 days of being read. The only thing we keep longer is a note that a reply was sent: a one-way fingerprint of the comment’s ID together with the words of our own reply, so that the same comment is never answered twice. That note holds no comment text and no name, and cannot be turned back into either.

Your choices

  • Delete your comment on YouTube at any time. We stop seeing it at our next read, and what we read before is gone within the 30 days above.
  • Ask us to delete anything we hold about you by writing to goldiebooniemusic@gmail.com. We do it within 7 days.
  • The owner of Goldie’s channel can withdraw the tool’s access at any time from Google’s security settings, in addition to our own deletion.

Facebook, Instagram and Threads

Comments there go through the same desk and the same rule: a person decides every reply before it is posted. That data is never sold or shared either.

This website

goldieboonemusic.com uses Google Analytics to count visits. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser; here is how Google uses that data. The site has no ads, no sign-up and no forms.

Changes

If any of this changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. The terms sit alongside it.
